Sorsi & Scintille, the Candle Workshop organised by Poggiana Emporio and dedicated to those who love to create with their hands, listen to their senses and indulge in a moment of calm and inspiration, has come to an end. The event showed how a scent can tell a story, evoke a memory and transform a simple gesture into a meaningful experience.
An experience with wax, essences and wine
During the workshop, participants learned the basics of wax working, how to choose essential oils and decorative techniques for making a personalised candle. Dried petals, aromatic notes and small floral elements were used to create unique objects, each with its own character and sensibility.
The journey was accompanied by a glass of selected wine, chosen to harmonise with the olfactory sensations of the workshop and make the experience even more immersive.
The day
On Saturday 22 March, from 3.30pm to 5pm, our space was transformed into a small, fragrant atelier, where creativity, colour and slowness found a natural balance.
A special afternoon dedicated to the beauty of details and the ability of the senses to guide us towards new forms of wellbeing.
